Kevin Liles
President/Partner
With over 40 years of corporate music executive level experience, Kevin has joined us as our President/Partner of AMCG. From starting out as being one of the core founders and faces of Def Jam, then to being Founder/CEO of 300 Ent, to then help re-shape and restructure WMG, Kevin is a worldwide icon in the music industry.
Emma Thompson
Chief Operating Officer
Emma has held top level positions such as Executive Vice President at prestigious and mainstream record labels such as Atlantic Records, RCA, Epic Records and most recently Sony Music. She brings a wide range of expertise and network to AMCG.
Matthew Blaw
Chief of Staff
From being in top level companies such as IBM and Pfizer where he served as their Chief Operating Officer, Matt brings a level of structure, order and stability as our Chief of Staff.
Drew Saunders
Chief Finance Officer
Drew brings a wide range of expertise to the team with his extensive executive finance background. His previous role with Goldman Sachs and most recent with JP Morgan Chase as Director of Finance allows him to serve as an asset to our firm.
